研究经历:2019.02-至今,在南京师范大学食品院工作


主要研究方向:一直从事于工业微生物裂殖壶菌、解脂耶氏酵母、以及大肠杆菌代谢工程相关的研究工作。以重要工业产品为导向,围绕菌株的设计改造和工艺优化,进而为工业化生产提供整体方案。主要包括建立高效的微生物基因组编辑工具,菌种的选育及改造,发酵过程的控制和优化等工作。
