个人简介:

王龙凤,女,1987.10.22生,2010.7本科毕业于四川大学食品科学与工程专业,2014.2硕士毕业于韩国国立木浦大学食品工程专业,2017.8博士毕业于韩国国立木浦大学食品工程专业。2010.8-2012.1在北京SOS儿童村工作,2018.2-2018.12在南京师范大学金陵女子学院食品科学与工程专业从事教学与科研,2019.1-至今在南京师范大学食品与制药工程学院工作。

研究及领域;

纳米复合食品包装材料,食品工程,新型功能性纳米复合材料制备及其对食源性病原菌/腐败菌的抑菌机理研究。
