张立慧

张立慧,女,1988年生,讲师,2010年兰州大学生物技术专业本科毕业,2015年中国科学院生物物理研究所生物化学与分子生物学博士毕业,2015-2016年在中国科学院生物物理研究所担任助理研究员,2016-2019年在南京工业大学生物与制药工程学院担任助理研究员,20193月起在南京师范大学食品与制药工程学院担任讲师。

研究工作围绕工业微生物代谢过程中的关键酶展开,作为项目负责人承担江苏省自然科学基金青年基金1项,参与重点研发计划“食品安全关键技术研发”重点专项1项。发表论文如下:
